“I have been very critical of this bank in the past but here is some well deserved praise. I went in to pay my credit card statement. As usual, I needed help with the automatic machines and this was quickly forthcoming. Unfortunately, the giro slip wasn't accepted by any of the auto machines in the branch - this I believe is the fault of the credit card company and not this bank. As the counter had closed, the assistant then offered to process everything manually the following day which duly happened so thanks for that.”
